
Super Quenching Lemon Lime Aide
The summers here in North Carolina are pretty hot. So it is especially important to replenish the minerals that I sweat out from the hot days and from practicing hot yoga. This lemon lime aide is packed with natural electrolytes from coconut water. I always use fresh lemons and limes when I make a big pitcher of this delightful summer replenisher. You can use store bought juice but fresh is always so much better in terms of flavor and nutritional value.
My favorite way to enjoy this mocktail is in a beer stein. And, I always use reusable straws to reduce my carbon footprint.
Ingredients Needed for
Super Quenching Lemon Lime Aide
This refreshing mocktail is super nutritious and tasty too! Hope you enjoy!

3 quarts Pure Coconut Water
1 1/3 cup lemon juice (juice of about 6 large lemons)
1 cup lime juice (juice of about 6 limes)
1 TBS organic Chia seeds
½ cup Pure Aloe Juice
Two strawberries, sliced and A few mashed up organic strawberries or raspberries
How to Prepare Super Quenching Lemon Lime Aide
Add all ingredients to a large pitcher, except for chia seeds and mix well with a wooden spoon
Slowly pour in the chia seeds while mixing to avoid them clumping together
Add the mashed berries to infuse the flavor into the lemon lime aide
Mix everything together well
Pour over ice and garnish with some slices of fresh strawberry or a couple of raspberries
The addition of the cut up strawberries will infuse more flavor 😋.
