Ingredients Needed for Sugar Free Cranberry Sauce
1 package of fresh organic cranberries
1 cup fresh orange juice
¼ cup agave syrup
¼ cup maple syrup
3 cardamom pods
1 TBS Agar Agar
How to Prepare Sugar Free Cranberry Sauce
Mix together all ingredients in a small pot
Cook over medium heat for about 15 minutes
You will start to hear the cranberries pop and see them liquify
Mix a few times while cooking
Remove from heat when the cranberries have broken down to some extent
Serve with you favorite Thanksgiving fixings!
