Chai Oatmeal Chia Pudding

This chai oatmeal chia pudding is such a simple recipe! With only six ingredients, it is just a matter of mixing together and letting it gel in the refrigerator. If you prepare it in the evening before bed, it will be ready to go for breakfast in the morning.   • 2 TBS pure yakon syrup
  • 1 TBS pure vanilla extract

  • 1 can of organic coconut milk

How to Prepare Chai Oatmeal Chia Pudding

  • In a medium sized bowl, mix all of the ingredients together with a spoon or baking spatula until well combined
  • Cover and put in the refrigerator for a at least an hour or overnight to enjoy for breakfast in the morning

When serving, add some of your favorite organic berries or toppings of choice. Keep it healthy by not adding sugars or refined foods!
