The effect that diet can have on how you feel today and in the future is enormous. These vegetables particularly serve as mini-blood transfusions, health tonic for the brain and the immune system, and cleaning agents for the kidneys. Consume any of these green vegetables: spinach, swiss chard, dandelion greens, watercress, kale, parsley, endive, lettuce, chicory, mustard green, collard and broccoli.

Supplements can also be important for our nourishment. Nutritional supplements are minerals, vitamins, meal supplements, herbs, sports nutrition products, natural food supplements and other products used to increase the nutritional content of a diet. Nutritional supplements are used for many purposes. They can be added to the diet to promote overall health and energy, to give support to the immune system and reduce the risk of disease and age-related conditions, improve athletic performance and mental activity and to support the healing process during illness.
