  • 2 frozen bananas


Thaw the bananas for about 10 minutes. Cut them into small pieces. Using a food processor or blender, puree bananas until smooth and creamy. Serve immediately. Be sure to let the frozen bananas thaw enough before processing. Otherwise, you could damage your blender or food processor.


It ‘s simple and easy to prepare. Try strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, or any combination of fruit you like.


  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1/2 – 1 cup frozen berries of your choice


Let your bananas and frozen fruit thaw for about 10 minutes. Cut the bananas into small pieces. Using a food processor or blender, puree all ingredients until smooth and creamy. Serve immediately. Make sure the fruit was thawed enough before the processing in your blender or food processor, to avoid damage.




  • 4 lbs apples – whatever your favorite type
  • 1/2 cup agave nectar
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened pure apple juice or water
  • 1 tablespoon arrowroot powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon allspice
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/2 cup raisins (optional)


  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup buckwheat flour (freshly ground)
  • 1/2 cup agave nectar
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/3 cup canola oil
  • 3 tablespoon rice or almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt


Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
Peel, core and slice apples thinly.

Dissolve the arrowroot in the apple juice or water. Set aside.

Place apples and raisins in the baking dish, add agave and spices and combine everything well.

Pour arrowroot mixture over everything.

To prepare the topping, in a medium bowl, combine all dry ingredients.

Add oil, soymilk, and vanilla, mix well.

Crumble topping over the apples.

Bake for 45 minutes.

Remove from oven and let cool at least 15 minutes before serving.
